Suppose there is a scenario that Husband and wife have a mutual divorce(along with agremment to no further claims etc).
Now Our propert in the form of two flats is in My mothers name. Suppose after some years one of the flats gets transferred to my brother and mutual divorced wife comes to know about it..
Can she lay claim to this property under any law.
