Claim affidavit section for DV

Friends,

I am contesting an interim maintenance application filed by my wife under the DV act.

I would like to file a claim affidavit to cross her during the interim proceedings.

May I know please what section do I file the claim affidavit under?

1. 311 CRPC:    Power to summon material witness, or examine person present
 
2. 243 CRPC:    Evidence for defence.
 
3. 138 Indian Evidence Act: Order of examinations.

Please help me.
