A civil writ was not accepted by bench without going into the question of the law which was raised by the petioner in 2007.since then petitoner moved abroad but now he wants to challenge that rjection upon his shifting back toIndia.What are the option open to him.Any suggestion pls.

For a proper advise kindly post the prayer in writ petition and the order of high court.
To file an appeal or SLP there must be proper and convincing explanation of delay.

Sorry for delay in replying but I am still in UK and could not fly to India yet because of fligt cancellation.I had emailed the pray and the order rejecting my writ.Pls.go through it and advise me so that I can do the needful.Pls.Chk yr email.Regards
