in case of a plantiff vs 4 defendants for a partition suit,hindu famly, of ancestral property in Thane,where the plaintiff wins and final decree received for 1/4 of partition.
and if one of the defendant prefers to file for a appeal, when will the stay be decided?
or can the plaintiff go ahead with the execution petition.?
what sort of a stay,with conditions, is generally expected in sort of immovable property partition suit above where the plaintiff is also not affected by this stay.
if the rate of appeal disposal is 10 yrs ,wht about the stay? will it run concurrently wtih the appeal suit as well?
