Civil suit query

Plaintiff evidence finished means chief and cross examination of  plaintiff has been over and case be posted for defendant evidence.

My brother has filed partition case  for my self acquired properties and in summon hearing  a written statement for  IA35/15 has been filed. already there is injunction order by the subordinate court against my brother. what is is35/15? Can i sell my property ?
