Civil suit for house vacant

Hi Sir, My dad has filed divorce case, which is still in process. My mother is living in my father's owned property since last 15 years before and after the filing the divorce case in 2006 to till date. My father has fear of loosing his property by someone else if someone in family is granted permission by mother to stay with her or in absence of her. what would be legal remedy to get our home back or safe legally

But that was situational as my father felt being a women where will she go and our lawyer suggested that until she got divorce she is your spouse so she has right to live in your property. If i am wrong, please correct me. I would appreciate if you suggest me what to do in this case to get the thing done in our favor as my father is sole owner of that property and as per his will we both brothers are owner of that property.
