CIVIL RECOVERY SUIT

Recovery under MV Act is not possible. The Accident Claims Tribunal can issue the Certificate to the Collector and then the recovery made in a regular procedure. It takes a lot of time. If the details of the property and assets of the Reg. Owner of the vehicle are not available, how to get the same? Even under RTI information on Pvt. property is not accessible. In such case how to get the information of such person's assets?
