Civil procedure for pmay allotment

***** With due respect,I earnestly requesting a question. In my ancestral property where I leave as Bastu land since after decade after decade. Presently being of PMAY (Prime minister Awas yojona, I got a dwelling house. The first part of the mont I got in my account: but one complainant demanded that the afforsaid property being of them. although they were as a trespassar or third party. They also lodge a case of section 151 at the civil procedure dated 05/03/2020. This was a most temporary stay order, But the duration wasfarthest ago till to dato. How can I start my build the house? Please Inform me.
