Civil opinion-playing in cellar

Hi,my son and his friend are 13 years old. They don't have a play area in our colony and also there is no provision for my child to play even for a limited period. So,they are playing cricket in the cellar with a sponge ball(happy face sponge ball) which is absolutely as light as a feather. My neighbour is yelling at my child and threatening me that I would have to face the worst consequences.please help us with your advocacy though the children are thoroughly known about the damages if they choose to play with a sponge ball.Need your help.

Thank you.

cellar is not a play ground. Out side sports must play on play ground only. Ask municipal administration to arrange a play ground for children in your locality. Creation of nuisance towards others is bad. In case if time is bad, even a feather also make us trouble some times.
