i have plot which has been putted under regularization procedure of 2005 and i have only property tax papers of that plot
i want to put a suit against a person who is saying that the plot is of his, but he doesnt have any papers
so i want to put a suit against him for civil injuction
wat is the procedure and is there any ready format if yes pls mail me.....

If tomorrow another man comes n says that the plot is his will u keep filing cases against one and all?maintain the possession if u can raise a room or two and get it assessed of coz power connection n other things follow,the important thing is maintaining possession
