Civil case order

Good evening All,

My name is gurmeet, I have loose the civil suit hence winner party has filled the execution for recovery.

Now i want to know the procedure of execution. As, would court send any notice regarding the payout or not ?.

Is appeal filed. Execution can start only after appeal period is over. It is better if you go for appeal and stay the execution proceedings.
