Civil case arrest (family - maintenance charges)

Hi,
In one of the family case related to my friend, she won the case in favour in district court. Her husband was ordered to pay the maintenance charges for a period of nearly 8 years, pending due to the case proceedings.

He is yet to pay and she got arrest warrant to arrest her husband for non-payment. She is now supposed to visit the place with court staff to where her husband stays and identify him to be brought to court before arresting?

Typically, what kind of issues she would face when she goes there in all practical and legal aspects? what are the precautions she should take?

Any lawyer friends can provide your views and suggestions, which would surely help her to prepare well and win the battle.

Thank you

If a warrant is issued, it is the duty of the Police to execute the warrant and produce the accused before the Court.

It would be better to seek opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged /paid by the complainant, who is well aware about facts and circumstances, laws applicable on the subject matter, an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy her (your friend complainant, as stated by you)
