Civil case

We own 2 Acres of land, we are currently yeilding it. In year 2006, Mr A has occupied our land. We have put up a case against it in high court. Now, Mr B trying to occupy the same land. Can I put up a case against Mr B in lower court as well.
When a case is pending in court against Mr A due to a land dispute , can we put up a case aga Mr B for same land in lower court?

Quick Summary
The user owns land that was occupied by Mr A in 2006, leading to a High Court case which is still pending, even though Mr A is no longer on the land. Now, Mr B is attempting to occupy the same land. The user is seeking advice on whether they can file a separate case against Mr B in a lower court while the original case against Mr A is still active. Legal advice suggests consulting a local property lawyer with all relevant documents due to the complexity of the situation.

When "A" has already occupied your Land,  WHAT do you mean by stating that "B" is trying to occupy same land ????

What is the above riddle ?

1. Your case is still a riddle, vague and unclear.  Meet a local Property Lawyer, with all available documents, for proper guidance and solutions.
