"A "is employed in a company on a bond of Rs.2,00,000/- that he shall serve in that company for 2 years. But due to some health reasons and family problems, he is unable to continue with the service with the company. He gives his resignation, but the company do not accept his resignation and warns him that they can take legal action against him. What is the remedy for A?

yes company can take a legal action .means tht if the employee is in such physical or mental condition tht  he cant perform his service thn the campany can ask him to return the amount for which he has not performed his duty after lessing the compensation paid by him for his performed job from the the total amount of rupees 200000/-. company cant ask him for compliance of the contract because tht is not possible due to his health conditions
