Hi
I wanted to ask what can we do if the city survey officer is refusing to do a re measuring of land to update the plot plan and he is delaying all procedures?
I believe that according to Indian law they have to come and do a remeasurement if we pay them, then how can he just refuse?
What help can someine get regarding this?
