Citizenship by naturalization

Hi,

I am a citizen of Nepal. But i am in India since March 2002. I completed my PUC, Graduation and Currently in my CA final from India. Now i want to take Indian Citizenship.

My question is.

What are the documents i have to submit to prove that i am staying in India and

1) i was ordinarily resident in India for twelve years.

2) Staying in India throughout the period of twelve months immediately preceding the date of application.

                                                                                                          Thanks

                                                                                                   Madan Kumar
