Hi Gagan,

Try to get her salary slip and check if HRA( House Rent Allowance ) is a component in that.

If yes, u can tell court she is claiming HRA from her company so she cannot ask for same component from you also.

Even if u dont have her salary slip...put points like where she works, how much she earns and put a rough figure say 6000/- as HRA .

If she refutes ask court to issue witness summons or CRPC 91  against the HR of her company and get details from him.

And if she is demanding alternate accomodation tell court u are ready to beer expenses of Shelter home for such destitute women and ask her to shift to Shelter home for women. She will herself backtrack
