Dear Members,
I require a citation of any high court or Supreme court preferably Bombay H.C which says that amount received for marriage expenses is not dowry. i had 2 citations from karnataka h.c. its URGENT final arguments on 14/07/2014.
If there is any citation which says amount received in bank account may not be dowry. specially when it was taken for marriage expenses.
