Cidco transfer query

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are purcahsing 1bhk at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

This society has OC and other titles are clear. Its about 2 and half year old society.

Only thing is this property is submitted papers for CIDCO and now waiting for the same.

Here we would like to know what is CIDCO transfer and is it safe to buy this property?

Please provide information on the same.
