It is believed that you are all Hindu.
Confirm!
Hindu woman’s (Mother’s) share shall devolve upon: husband, sons, daughters ( If WILL is not valid and/or contested and fails in probate court).
If WILL is valid then submit to authority under whose jurisdiction property falls to act upon the WILL. The authority may ask for NOC of all legal heirs, legal heirs, death certificate, certified copy of WILL, indemnity etc. Check with Society.
The father/sisters by their free will can relinquish/release/transfer/gift/sell their share, in your favor.
