CHS refusing parking of Tourist 4 Wheeler owned by a member?

Now a days you will find managing committee of CHS behaving like landlords.

In a member's case MC refuses to allow parking of Tourist 4 Wheeler owned by the member. Any legal solution please?

Issue legal notice through advocate, then file suit for mandatory injunction to allow such parking
