I am paternal grand father. My son & his wife has taken divorce ( 28-08-2014). My grandson, aged 5.5years is with his mother (120km away from us). How can I get VISITATION RIGHTS for me and my wife i.e. grand mother of the child? How and where, should I apply for it? Under which law and its section I will have to apply?
