Dear Sir,
Kya aap mujhay bata sakte hai ki agar mother or father ka divorce ho gya ho or kuch time ke baad mother ki death ho jaye to kya children to maintenance mile ga apne father se . Children 18+ ho to is it possible.
Pls tell us Child maintenance law ke kya opints hai.

once it was proved that the child did not have any independent source of income, it emerged as a bound duty of the father to maintain his minor child.

A major child can also claim maintainance from his father if such child is, by reason of any physical or mental abnormality or injury is unable to maintain itself.
