Hi Manoj...

Please do not file any case for child custody or for anything.

By filing a legal case first yourselves, you are giving an opportunity for your wife to deny your and your son's rights and also she will ask for lot of money.

Such cases are waste of time, energy and money.

This is mainly because the blind and one sided law says that the child should be with mom till 5 years and allows an arrogant mom to deny child, its father.

This is atrocious law in a time where women have become violent, cruel and cunning.

I am telling this based on many cases where father is alwasy the loser.

Your wife will simply not obey any court order that you may get.

She will find all ways to evade the court orders.

She knows very well that there is no law that you can use to put her behind bars for not showing your child to you.

Also she will soon start telling bad stories about you to your son and she will turn your son against you.

Above all it is injustice and humiliating to pull your 6 months old son into legal cases and courts.

Please do not do this to your son.

There is a better effective way that your wife will find it very hard to fight unlike the powers she has legally.

Keep depositing money to your wife's account to take care of your 6 month old son.

Keep talking to the elders and family friends on both the side to mend your wife.

Visit your wife's parents house to meet your son.

Try talking to her parents. Try talking to your aunty especially and request her for visits.

You will fail if you show anxiety, anger and frustration and they will win.

Do not let them win.

Be cool, calm, composed and be very very nice to all of them and fail them. Then meet your son.

This approach will be very tough to handle by your wife.

Then wait and watch her moves on whether she is going to take any legal action.

Plan and fail your wife in all her legal attempts and make sure your son is raised by both of his parents.

It is the birthright of your son.

Please have only your son in the mind.

Just throw away your ego and fail your wife.

You can file custody petition before court and you can ask for custody or any other prayers like meeting to your son.

Dear Manoj,

It could also be Post Partum Depression / Psychosis. You should visit a psychiatrist and explain your wifes behavior. He will then guide you.

Anil
