Hi,
I am a mother living seperately from my husband for more than 3yrs.
I have a daughter whose birth-certificate holds her father's name.
I have initiated a criminal case against my husband on the grounds of cruetly mental and physical abuse.
The case is ongoing in the magistrate mahila court.
Since I have not filed for divorce yet, do my child admission will have any implication as the father will not accessible nor any documents can reacjed from him. Can the school reject the application

Approach concerned school authorities, as there is no legal impediment in admission of child in the absence / non-consent of father.

They cannot refuse addimission, if they did then get injunction order from court ate thier cost

What do you mean by "as the father will not accessible nor any documents can reacjed from him"?
Anyhow, strained relations among the parents is no ground for refusing admission to the child.

You can get your child admitted by yourself and can state that you are living separately due to matrimonial dispute and that you are a single parent, the school authorities cannot deny admission.

Mother can admit her child in school. The school authorities do not inquire about your husband and if they ask, tell them the fact. They cannot deny admission to your child.
