cheque returned by collecting banker

I had issued 5 lac cheque to my son fidahusien talati, while writing the cheque i wrote his name as fida talati, the collecting bank kotak returned the cheque without presenting citing name differs from account name can I take action against the bank.

Quick Summary
A user issued a cheque but misspelled the payee's name. The collecting bank returned the cheque due to the name difference. Other users have advised that the issuer cannot take action against the bank as the error originated from their side. The bank acted correctly by returning the cheque when the name on it did not match the account holder's name.

You have done a mistake and you are blaming the bank for doing their job correctly, you cannot take any action against the banbk for this mistake from your side
