Dear Expert,

I need your help, Cheque issued by the accused to the Co-oprative Housing society, Flat in the name of her father,

I need judgement that Accused had not issued the cheques for the due discharge of debts and liabllity and also judgement that onus lies with the complainant to prove that the alleged cheques was issued for a legally existing debts.
