my friend got a crossed cheque for 2lakhs from one raju owed dedt to my friend, without writting my frind name but all other coloums filled ( date.28/01.2018, amount in fig and words and Raju's sign). now my friend handed over the cheque to me for hand loan he received from me on 20/05/2017. can i fill my name and present it for collection.
