Cheque bounce nbw

I have taken second nbw against two accused . On first nbw date accused came and cancelled his nbw and they did not came for 3-4 dates after that. Now I have taken nbw again on them now I have to take polish from pune and pay them to come with me in Patna Bihar for arresting them . If judge is keep giving bail to them and they will keep wasting my and court time and my money them what should I ask judge next time that they don't get bail this time or next time
