Hi,
I have sold one of my used products to a person on olx for Rs 8000/-. He has given me a cheque which is bounced. I do not have his address. his phone is also switched off.
Can anyone please help me on what next steps need to be taken to recover my money?

file a police complaint . you can get his details from bank with the help of police.
