We have a Cheque bounce case running against one of our customer (Private Limited Company) since last 6 years, the court is giving dates, we are not seeing any progress in this case. Can I get an suggestion that, is there is any other way to book them under different ways like Police case etc., to put pressure.

Police cannot entertain the case once a case is going on, in the courts of law.

We have a cheque bounce case running against our customer for the past 6 yrs,what was UR lawyer doing all these 6 yrs? At least 2 to 3 MM's could have changed during this period.
