Unfortunately only 1 in 10 complaints are actually being taken up. I have about 6 recorded way back in Dec 2008 to Aug 2009. Other than two all else still are pending to be looked up.
Is there any escalation built-in to check the excessive inertia that has crept in our cops-infrastructure?
