I want to buy a new Flat in Bangalore (Electronic City area).
1) Could you please advice checklist of document/Certificates, NOC (No Objection Certificates) from goverment offices a builder should have to build a property/apartment.
2) What are the documents I need to know to buy a flat (eg: Deed, Katha etc)
