ABC, Somatane phata by Arthraj realty is fraud builder. I request expert opinion on bellow matters.
1. While booking flat he showed us ABC Town planning approved plan of A&B wing, Floor plans of A-wing, 7/12 of land of A wing. Now he is claiming that he is not getting B wing land as original owner is refusing to sell. At the time of booking flat he claimed to have that land.
2. And now he would construct new building in front of A-wing on amenity space that would eat up amenity space.
3. It doesn’t end here; Now he is saying he will get plan layout, floor plans re-approved.
4. He charged highway facing flats 25-50 rs per/sqft now if building comes in between those wont be highway facing.
5. I have Brochures showing what he comited to sell us, would it help me any way if i go to Consumer court/Civil court
