Whether a SETTLOR of a Charitable Trust can also be one of the TRUSTEE (First Trustee) along with other TRUSTEES ? This is with referenece to a Charitable Trust to be formed in Goa by executing Deed of Trust with Corpus Fund and no property. Bombay Public Trust Act is not applicable to Goa State. Please advise.
