Hello Experts,
Filed FIR quash petition in HC,HYD.......my lawyer told me it will take 1 week to reach the opposite party.....
Now in the website i could see charge sheet filed and the first hearing date is 21st Dec 2013.....
Do i need to attend the court for first hearing ?
Will the court will give stay order for this?
What will happen if i skip first hearing ?
What will happen on first hearing will they give charge sheet to us?
Please suggest me

if court send summons to the accused and the door is locked in that situation what will happen?
will the court issue NBW or BW in 498A case?
or court will resend the summons ?
