in a pvt complaint criminal case ,charges are framed and imposed on accused. being serious mistake in complaint.can in court be prayed the dubicious statment made in application-so charges are base less. how it is possible to state such prior to trial

If there is any ground to chalange the charge, revision may be filed in higher court against the charge.
