My name is S. Kumar and father name is S.Singh.
My wife name is S.N.Dash.
Now I want to change my wife surname as "Singh" ( father/family surname) as I have my surame as Kumar so I want to adopt my family surname for my wife only.
I also want to change my wife siname in passport/bank account / pan card /voter id etc.......
Could you please advice right procedure for the same?

for woman procedure for chang eof surname for marriage is simple declaration but for man it amounts to changing the name so all procedur eof (i)affidavit (ii)newspaper ad (iii) gazette publication, etc will apply
