Change tenancy agreement.

My husband and I have a rented home in patna. Now we want to install a AC. Can our land lord claim deduction of deposit if we do not make a fresh agreement?

Just inform him that you have to install a.c and any damage that would be caused will be rectified when you vacate the premises
