Change of name of child

Hello Experts,

1) My estranged wife has changed the name of my son while the divorce case is in progress. 498A and DV cases are also in progress. Is this legal? I have the original birth certificate with original name. Can she change the name after providing paper publication?

2) She is into model industry now. In the court she is saying that she is not working. I have some photo proofs. My advocate is saying that we can use this at later stage of the cases. Can I use these photos now itself? Please guide me.

In case of paper publication, you can object.

Your wife confronted with the facts of her employment during her cross examination.

If she changes his name, it'll hurt her because she may lose chances of child support payments from you awarded by court. Photos of her working can be used if she files maintenance case. Her deception could help you there.
