My name in the birth certificate (Dibakar Saha) is different from that of my name in all other certificate which is Mrinal Saha(school certificates,college certificates,voter ID card,PAN card).To apply for passport they want BC with correct name on it . what proscess should i follow for changing it?

you just need to file suit for declaration and mandatory injunction before the civil court to declare your correct name and to correct the same in the birth extract.
