My name is Urvashi Tejsingh as per documents. After marriage it has changed to Urvashi verma. I have consulted with 1 of my agent he says that i need to put up an add in newspaper for changing my name on my new passport. My husband has already added my name on his passport....What shd i do pls advice

you have to give an affidavit on oath that your name is ..................... before marriage and it has been changed as ............... after marraige. and it is one and the same and the two names belong to one person. the affidavit shall be attested before a Notary and get it notarised. If necessary, your hubby also give declaration the both names belong to wife and get it also notarised.
