Change of company name

Sir/Madam,

 

I had leased  my space to company in Oct 2012 through registered lease agreement.  Now the said company has changed its name but it has the same business operation.

 

Pls let me what is the documentation requried with the lease agreement as the company has changed its name

collect their memorandum and articles of association and keep copy with you.

Ask the company to give you the copy of fresh Certificate of Registration changing the name of the company.... Also take copies of revised Memorandum and Articles of Asspciation from the company...Read Section 23 of Companies Act 1956 for information and knowledge.

                 Firstly you have to take a fresh Certificate of Registration changing the name of the company and
