Hi...

In opinion, your name in birth certificate can not be changed.  You have one option for that... you can publish your name (which you want  ) in  Goverment Gazatte

After its publication your name will be implemented.

The change of name procedure usually involves the press notification in two newspapers & even a gazette of India notification, along with the affidavit to this effect dully attested by the notary or first class magistrate or gazetted officer as the case may require that is being given to the authorities where ever you want the change of name is required. The name can also be made public by getting an independent passport of the child where on the basis of the birth certificate & the name you want for the child can be registered & that it will remain official name of the child for life time as the passport issued by the government of India is an official document.
