Change in Partnership

 Dear Friends,

My BOSS, a Chartered Acountant is having a Partnership Firm of CA.

He wants to make changes in it. (one of the Partner will retire and other will enter). Should I execute a Fresh Agreemetn or a Modification will do.

I also need a format for the same.

First u will have to draft a deef of retirement and after that another partnership deed with a new partner. U will get the model drafts in the Partnership Act.
