Change in birth date

Hello,

My brothers birth date as per gram panchayat is 6.6.1983

But due to some negligence by uneducated parents on school and college it has been put as 1.1.1984.

We need to change the birth date from 1.1.1984 to 6.6.1983.

We want to get a court order for change in birth date.

If anyone can help please reply with name and number,. we will meet u

May i know for what purpose your brother wants to have his original D.O.B ?. As per school and college records he is having a late D.O.B which shows him younger.

Just give your Xth certificate for passport/driving license etc etc. That will suffice... No one is going to cross check these with the panchayat records. But if you want to do that anyway it is a herculean task since you have to approach Court and shed legal expenses.
