Can the partition deed be challenged if out of four persons one person(releasing rights) has not signed in 11e sketch but signed in partion agreement and the person (receiver) has signed in both partition agreement and 11e sketch,can this partition deed be challenged

1. IF Partition Deed is duly "Registered", THEN such partition deed cannot be challenged by the parties to the partition deed. There is no exceptions to this.
