Challenging part os an order in a higher court.

I have a query, is it possible to challenge a part of the courts order in a higher a Court? for example a case in ngt chennai had been filed. now part of the order we challenged in Supremem Court because the order said something which we felt were against natural facts. the rest of the case continues to be in Ngt Chennai. so my question is is it possible to challenge pat of theorder like that in a Higher Court?
