Certified typed version of docket entis

We received a certified copy of Docket entries relating to DV case in Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court Vijayawada.  Since the purport of some of the adjudication is not clear it was suggested it is better to get  a typed copy of the adjudication. We live in Chennai and in this regard I have following  questions:

1. What is the procedure to obtain above ?

2. Is the procedure  complicated  and time consuming  ?(Notings coverd in tow pages)

3. Can we commision someone  exclusively for this purpose or should it be done ONLY by the lawyer representing us as respondents in the case.

Normally court copyst will insist typed docket sheet entries only by making call for of required stamps. I guess in your case you might have insisted the concerned advocate to get the papers urgently and only by then without going for typed copies, he would have got a photocopy of the docket sheet entries.

Even now you can get it by filing a fresh application before the concerned court through your advocate.
