Certificate

I have two immoveable properties at one location in name of my father. I have to get an heirship certificate.  Can I apply for both the properties in one application.  What would be the court fee.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses applying for an heirship certificate for multiple immoveable properties located at the same address. It clarifies that a single application can typically be made for all properties. The advice also suggests consulting a local lawyer for specific guidance on court fees and property status (ancestral vs. self-acquired) due to the initial vague details provided.

Whether the properties are ancestaral or self-acquired in the hands of your father ?

Facts posted are vague and not clear.

It is advisable to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts / documents, professional guidance and necessary proceedings.

If you just want to get a  Legal heir certficate , that will be for all properties .
